To further implement the company’s main responsibility for work safety, address employees’ deficiencies in responding to sudden accidents, and improve the internal emergency support system, our company invited the professional emergency rescue team from Shuguang to the factory on June 18, 2026 to deliver company-wide special training on emergency rescue skills. On-the-job staff from all departments participated in the offline training and practical drills in batches.
At the training session, senior instructors from Shuguang Rescue Team combined common potential risks in office and production scenarios of the enterprise, delivering lectures focusing on core first-aid skills including hemostasis and bandaging for accidental trauma, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), the Heimlich maneuver, emergency management for sudden syncope, as well as basic fire prevention and evacuation knowledge. By adopting theoretical explanation paired with case analysis, the instructors pointed out typical mistakes in emergency rescue during workplace accidents, emphasized the critical importance of the golden rescue window, and translated obscure professional rescue knowledge into easy-to-follow operational guidelines.
Following the theoretical lecture, the on-site practical assessment session commenced. Instructors demonstrated standard operating procedures one-on-one and corrected employees' movement details in a hands-on manner. All participating staff took an active part in practical exercises, simulating operations such as chest compressions for cardiac resuscitation, foreign body obstruction first aid and bandage wrapping. The training site was filled with a dynamic and enthusiastic learning atmosphere. Employees raised questions and exchanged ideas actively, gradually mastering the key points of basic first-aid operations proficiently.
This special training has effectively consolidated the foundation of the company's work safety management and addressed the dilemma that employees lack the ability, courage and professional knowledge to administer emergency rescue. In the next step, the company will organize emergency drills and safety training on a regular basis, integrate first-aid skills into the routine staff training system, establish a corporate safety mechanism featuring full participation and universal proficiency in emergency rescue, and reinforce the safety red line to guarantee the stable operation of the company.
